Pecan Coconut Praline Cookies (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2½ cups sugar.
02 - ½ cup evaporated milk.
03 - ½ cup corn syrup.
04 - ½ cup butter.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 2-2½ cups chopped pecans.
07 - 2½ cups grated coconut.

Instructions:

01 - Prepare the ingredients by setting aside the pecans, coconut, and vanilla extract.
02 - In a large saucepan, combine 2½ cups sugar, ½ cup evaporated milk, ½ cup corn syrup, and ½ cup butter.
03 - Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium heat, allowing it to boil for 3 minutes.
04 - Remove the saucepan from heat and immediately stir in 2-2½ cups chopped pecans, 2½ cups grated coconut, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - Continue stirring the mixture for about 4 minutes until well combined.
06 - Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the batter onto wax paper.
07 - Allow the cookies to sit until they harden.
08 - Once hardened, carefully remove the cookies from the wax paper and enjoy!.
