Pecan Coconut Praline Cookies (Print Version)
Ingredients:

2½ cups sugar.

½ cup evaporated milk.

½ cup corn syrup.

½ cup butter.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

2-2½ cups chopped pecans.

2½ cups grated coconut.
Instructions:

Prepare the ingredients by setting aside the pecans, coconut, and vanilla extract.

In a large saucepan, combine 2½ cups sugar, ½ cup evaporated milk, ½ cup corn syrup, and ½ cup butter.

Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium heat, allowing it to boil for 3 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from heat and immediately stir in 2-2½ cups chopped pecans, 2½ cups grated coconut, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Continue stirring the mixture for about 4 minutes until well combined.

Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the batter onto wax paper.
