Ingredients:

01 - **For the Crust:** 2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
02 - 2 tablespoons sugar.
03 - 6 tablespoons melted unsalted butter.
04 - **For the Filling:** 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened.
05 - 1/3 cup powdered sugar.
06 - 1 cup sugar.
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
08 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
09 - 2 tablespoons sugar cookie flavoring (optional).
10 - Purple, orange, lime green, and black food coloring gels.
11 - Black sugar sprinkles.
12 - **For the Decoration:** 4 tablespoons unsalted butter.
13 - 4 ounces cream cheese.
14 - 4 cups powdered sugar.
15 - Purple, orange, and lime green food coloring gels.

Instructions:

01 - Line the bottom of a 7-inch springform pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan, smooth evenly, and freeze.
02 - In a stand mixer, blend the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and powdered sugar on low until smooth. Add the vanilla and sugar cookie flavoring, mixing until creamy.
03 - Divide the cheesecake batter into four bowls. Add purple food coloring to one bowl, orange to another, green to another, and black to the last. Blend the colors until combined.
04 - Pour the purple layer into the springform pan, smoothing it out. Freeze for about 2 hours or until firm. Keep the other layers in the fridge.
05 - When the purple layer is firm, add the green layer, freeze until set, then add the orange layer and repeat. Finish with the black layer, sprinkle with black sugar sprinkles, and freeze overnight.
06 - In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar until smooth. Divide into three bowls, adding purple, green, and orange food coloring to each.
07 - Place the frosting in three strips on plastic wrap, roll lengthwise, snip one end, and place in a pastry bag with a star tip. Pipe around the edges of the cheesecake. Freeze until ready to serve.
08 - When serving, remove from springform pan and slice into 2-inch pieces.

01 - Freeze each cheesecake layer separately to ensure clean layers.
02 - Use plastic wrap for decorating frosting for easy multicolor piping.
03 - Serve immediately from the freezer for best texture.
