Nacho Cheese Beef (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef.

1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce.

½ cup Sour Cream.

1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes).

½ cup chopped green peppers.

½ cup diced onions.

1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix.
08 -
Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos (crushed).

4 flour tortilla wraps.

Shredded lettuce.
Instructions:

In a skillet, cook the lean ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the diced onions and chopped green peppers to the skillet. Sauté for about 4 minutes until softened.

Stir in the taco seasoning mix until the beef and vegetables are well coated.

In a separate bowl, combine the Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce. Mix until well blended.

Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon a generous layer of the Nacho Cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.

Top the cheese layer with the seasoned beef mixture, a dollop of sour cream, additional onions and peppers, and a handful of crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos.
