Nacho Cheese Beef (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef.
02 - 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce.
03 - ½ cup Sour Cream.
04 - 1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes).
05 - ½ cup chopped green peppers.
06 - ½ cup diced onions.
07 - 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix.
08 - Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos (crushed).
09 - 4 flour tortilla wraps.
10 - Shredded lettuce.

Instructions:

01 - In a skillet, cook the lean ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
02 - Add the diced onions and chopped green peppers to the skillet. Sauté for about 4 minutes until softened.
03 - Stir in the taco seasoning mix until the beef and vegetables are well coated.
04 - In a separate bowl, combine the Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce. Mix until well blended.
05 - Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon a generous layer of the Nacho Cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
06 - Top the cheese layer with the seasoned beef mixture, a dollop of sour cream, additional onions and peppers, and a handful of crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos.
07 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly like a burrito.
08 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps in the skillet and toast each side until crispy and golden brown.
09 - Serve the wraps immediately with shredded lettuce and any additional toppings of your choice. Enjoy your delicious, homemade burritos!.
