Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef.
02 - 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce.
03 - ½ cup Sour Cream.
04 - 1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes).
05 - ½ cup chopped green peppers.
06 - ½ cup diced onions.
07 - 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix.
08 - Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos, crushed.
09 - 4 flour tortilla wraps.
10 - Shredded lettuce.

Instructions:

01 - Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain any excess fat.
02 - Add in the onions and peppers and sauté for 4 minutes.
03 - Stir in the taco seasoning packet.
04 - In a separate bowl, mix the Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce together.
05 - Place four large tortillas on a flat surface.
06 - Spoon a layer of the Nacho Cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
07 - Top with the meat mixture, sour cream, onions, peppers, and crushed Doritos.
08 - Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll up like a burrito.
09 - Heat a skillet over medium heat.
10 - Place the wraps into the skillet and toast until crispy on both sides.
11 - Serve immediately with shredded lettuce and any additional toppings you prefer.

Notes:

01 - For a spicier version, add a few slices of jalapeños to the wraps before rolling them up.
02 - Make sure the wraps are toasted well in the skillet for a crispy exterior.
