No-Bake Cookies (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups (255g) chocolate chips.
02 - 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk.
03 - 1 1/2 cups (120g) dried coconut.
04 - 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs.
05 - 1/4 cup (57g) melted butter.
06 - 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract.
07 - 1/2 cup (60g) additional graham crumbs (for rolling).

Instructions:

01 - Mix melted butter with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
02 - Add graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
03 - Chill mixture in fridge for about an hour, or in freezer for 15-20 minutes.
04 - Shape small portions (about 1 1/4 inches) into balls and roll in extra graham crumbs.
05 - Put rolled balls back in fridge until firm, about 30 minutes to an hour.
06 - Keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!.

Notes:

01 - These no-bake treats are easy to make and perfect for parties or snacking. They're rich and sweet, so a little goes a long way. You can swap dark chocolate chips for milk chocolate if you prefer.
