Monterey Spaghetti, Baked Spaghetti, Spinach (Print Version)
Ingredients:

4 ounces spaghetti, noodles broken into 2-inch pieces, cooked.

1 large egg.

1 cup sour cream.

1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated.

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.

2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded.

1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained.

1 (2.8-ounce) can crispy fried onions, divided.
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease a 2-quart baking dish.

In a large bowl, beat the egg.

Add the sour cream, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder to the bowl and mix well.

Add the cooked spaghetti, Monterey Jack cheese, spinach, and 1/2 of the fried onions to the egg mixture. Stir until combined.
