Halloween Desserts (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 package (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix.

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.

1 large egg.

2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened.

1 cup granulated sugar.

2 large eggs.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

1/2 cup sour cream.

1/2 cup Halloween-colored M&M's.

1/2 cup chocolate chips.

Halloween sprinkles for decoration.
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the chocolate cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg until well combined.

Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan to form the crust.

In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add 2 eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.

Fold in the sour cream until just combined.

Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.

Sprinkle M&M's and chocolate chips evenly over the top.

Add Halloween sprinkles for decoration.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is almost set.

Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
