Mini Tater Tot Cheeseburgers (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef.
02 - Salt and pepper to taste.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
05 - 24 tater tots cooked and crispy.
06 - 6 slices cheddar cheese cut into small squares.
07 - 12 small pickle slices.
08 - 6 cherry tomatoes sliced.
09 - Lettuce leaves cut into small pieces.
10 - Mayonnaise for serving.
11 - Ketchup for serving.
12 - Toothpicks for assembly.

Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and form into small patties, about 1 inch in diameter.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the mini beef patties for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked. Place a small square of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.
03 - Take one tater tot and place a small dollop of mayonnaise on top. Add a piece of lettuce, followed by a cheeseburger patty. Top with a slice of cherry tomato and a pickle slice. Place another tater tot on top to complete the mini burger. Secure the layers with a toothpick.
04 - Arrange the mini tater tot cheeseburgers on a serving platter. Serve with ketchup and additional mayonnaise on the side for dipping.

Notes:

01 - Use toothpicks to help keep the mini burgers together.
02 - You can customize the toppings as desired.
