Mini Meatloaves (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.

¾ cup milk.

½ cup quick cooking oats.

1 large egg.

1 teaspoon salt.

1 pound ground beef.

⅔ cup ketchup.

¼ cup packed brown sugar.

1 ½ teaspoons prepared mustard.
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine shredded Cheddar cheese, milk, oats, egg, and salt. Mix well.

Add the ground beef to the mixture and blend until thoroughly combined.

Shape the mixture into 8 mini meatloaves and place them in the prepared baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Stir well, then spread this sauce over each mini meatloaf.

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer reads 160°F (72°C) when inserted into the center of a meatloaf.

Tip: Let the mini meatloaves rest for a few minutes after baking to retain juiciness.

Variation: You can substitute ground turkey for a leaner version.
