Melt In Your Mouth Chicken (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
03 - 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt (such as Lowry's).
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), freshly grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and ground black pepper. Mix well until smooth and well blended.
03 - Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast, ensuring they are fully covered. Place the coated chicken breasts in a glass baking dish or a metal baking pan.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown and bubbly.
05 - If desired, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and flavor before serving.
