Mango Sorbet (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 ½ cups fresh mango puree (from ripe mangoes).
02 - Juice from 1 lime.
03 - A few pinches of salt.
04 - 2 tablespoons water.
05 - 1/3 cup sugar.

Instructions:

01 - Peel and dice the ripe mango, then blend it until smooth to make about 1 ½ cups of puree.
02 - In a blender, combine the mango puree with lime juice, 2 tablespoons of water, 1/3 cup sugar, and a pinch of salt. Blend again until the mixture is silky and the sugar is fully dissolved.
03 - Taste the mixture and adjust the flavor by adding more lime juice or sugar as desired.
04 - Strain the blended mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl suitable for refrigeration. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until thoroughly cooled.
05 - Once the mixture is cold, pour it into an ice cream maker and churn for about 20 minutes or until thickened.
06 - Transfer the churned sorbet into a freezer-safe container and freeze for about 4 hours until firm.
07 - Before serving, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly. Scoop and enjoy!.
