Mango Sorbet (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 ½ cups fresh mango puree (from ripe mangoes).

Juice from 1 lime.

A few pinches of salt.

2 tablespoons water.

1/3 cup sugar.
Instructions:

Peel and dice the ripe mango, then blend it until smooth to make about 1 ½ cups of puree.

In a blender, combine the mango puree with lime juice, 2 tablespoons of water, 1/3 cup sugar, and a pinch of salt. Blend again until the mixture is silky and the sugar is fully dissolved.

Taste the mixture and adjust the flavor by adding more lime juice or sugar as desired.

Strain the blended mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl suitable for refrigeration. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until thoroughly cooled.

Once the mixture is cold, pour it into an ice cream maker and churn for about 20 minutes or until thickened.

Transfer the churned sorbet into a freezer-safe container and freeze for about 4 hours until firm.

Before serving, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly. Scoop and enjoy!.
