Lobster Pasta Salad (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz cooked lobster meat (from 4 1-1/4 lb whole lobsters or 4 4 oz tails).
02 - 1/2 cup chopped celery and leaves.
03 - 1/3 cup light mayonnaise.
04 - 1/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt.
05 - 1/4 cup fresh chives.
06 - 1/4 cup chopped red onion.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon celery salt.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (plus more for pasta).
09 - 8 ounces DeLallo Cavatappi pasta.

Instructions:

01 - Prep all the ingredients. If your lobster is raw, steam it until just cooked.
02 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to directions. It's best to cook it 1 to 2 minutes longer than al dente when preparing for a cold pasta salad.
03 - Drain and run the pasta under cold water.
04 - Remove cooked lobster from the shell and chop into large chunks, about 1 inch.
05 - Toss the lobster with the remaining ingredients and serve chilled.
