Lettuce Wrap Burgers (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb (450g) ground beef.
02 - Salt and pepper, to taste.
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
04 - Iceberg lettuce leaves (or any lettuce of your choice).
05 - Burger toppings of your choice (e.g., tomato slices, onion slices, pickles, cheese slices, avocado slices).

Instructions:

01 - Season the ground beef with salt and pepper to taste. Divide the seasoned beef into equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
03 - Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves, then use them as wraps for your burgers. Place a cooked burger patty on each lettuce leaf.
04 - Add your favorite burger toppings on top of the burger patties. Toppings can include tomato slices, onion slices, pickles, cheese slices, and avocado slices.
05 - Carefully fold the lettuce leaves around the burger patties and toppings to form lettuce wraps. Secure the wraps with toothpicks if needed, then serve immediately and enjoy!.
