Jalapeno Popper Sausage Balls (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 lb hot sausage, uncooked.

1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened.

1 (4-oz) can diced jalapeno peppers, undrained.

1 tsp garlic powder.

1½ cups Bisquick.

2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend.
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400ºF.

In the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment, combine all the ingredients: hot sausage, softened cream cheese, diced jalapeno peppers, garlic powder, Bisquick, and shredded Mexican cheese blend. Mix until well combined.

Scoop the sausage mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the sausage balls are browned and cooked through.

These sausage balls make an excellent party appetizer or snack.

For a milder flavor, you can use mild sausage instead of hot sausage.
