Jalapeño Popper Crescent Rolls (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 packages Crescent Rolls (8 per can).
02 - 8 jalapeños.
03 - 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened.
04 - ½ cup sharp shredded cheese.
05 - ⅓ cup cooked bacon, crumbled.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Clean the jalapeños by removing the ribs and seeds, setting them aside for later use.
03 - In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sharp shredded cheese, and crumbled bacon until well combined. Set the filling aside.
04 - Open the crescent rolls and lay them flat on a sheet pan, preferably the one you will be using to bake.
05 - Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
06 - Place the filled jalapeño halves onto the widest part of each crescent roll and carefully roll towards the pointed end.
07 - Bake the crescent rolls in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
08 - Remove from the oven and set aside to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
09 - Serve with ranch dressing or your favorite dip.
