Homemade Stromboli (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 can pizza dough, unrolled.
02 - Garlic butter (for brushing the bottom).
03 - Pepper jack cheese (as needed for layering).
04 - Pepperoni (as needed for layering).
05 - Salami (as needed for layering).
06 - Ham (as needed for layering).
07 - Mozzarella cheese (as needed for layering).
08 - Garlic powder (to taste).
09 - Italian seasonings (to taste).
10 - 1 egg (for egg wash).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Unroll the pizza dough onto a flat surface. Brush the bottom side with garlic butter to add flavor and prevent sticking.
03 - Layer the dough with pepper jack cheese, pepperoni, salami, ham, and mozzarella cheese, leaving about 1 1/2 inches of dough around the perimeter.
04 - Season the layers with garlic powder and Italian seasonings to taste.
05 - Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough over the fillings, tucking in the sides as you go to form a tight roll.
06 - Place the rolled dough seam-side down on a baking sheet.
07 - Brush the top of the dough with an egg wash made by whisking the egg in a small bowl.
08 - Cut a few slits on top of the dough to allow steam to escape during baking.
09 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the filling is heated through.
10 - Let the stromboli cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
