Pizza Rolls (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 tubes of refrigerated pizza crust.
02 - Garlic salt.
03 - Italian seasoning, to taste.
04 - 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, to taste.
05 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
06 - 1 cup sliced and chopped pepperoni.
07 - Marinara sauce.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
02 - Dust a large surface with flour and roll out each pizza crust.
03 - Sprinkle garlic salt and Italian seasoning directly on each crust.
04 - Add the Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and diced pepperoni, spreading it within ½ inch of the edges of the crust.
05 - Starting with a short end, carefully roll crust into a tight log.
06 - Using a serrated knife or sharp pizza cutter, slice each roll into 1-inch sections.
07 - Place pizza rolls on a lightly greased pan and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
08 - Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
