Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas, mashed.

1/3 cup apple sauce.

2 cups oats.

1/4 cup almond milk.

1/4 cup raisins or nuts.

1 cup dark chocolate chunks (Lily’s brand recommended).

1 tsp vanilla extract.

1 tsp cinnamon.
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).

In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas and apple sauce until well blended.

Stir in the vanilla extract and cinnamon to the banana and apple sauce mixture.

Add the oats to the mixture, stirring until fully combined.

Pour in the almond milk, then add your choice of raisins or nuts, and dark chocolate chunks. Mix well to ensure even distribution.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each cookie slightly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cookies are firm and lightly golden.
