Healthy Cookies (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 3 ripe bananas, mashed.
02 - 1/3 cup apple sauce.
03 - 2 cups oats.
04 - 1/4 cup almond milk.
05 - 1/4 cup raisins or nuts.
06 - 1 cup dark chocolate chunks (Lily’s brand recommended).
07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
08 - 1 tsp cinnamon.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
02 - In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas and apple sauce until well blended.
03 - Stir in the vanilla extract and cinnamon to the banana and apple sauce mixture.
04 - Add the oats to the mixture, stirring until fully combined.
05 - Pour in the almond milk, then add your choice of raisins or nuts, and dark chocolate chunks. Mix well to ensure even distribution.
06 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
07 - Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each cookie slightly.
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cookies are firm and lightly golden.
09 - Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
10 - Once cooled, enjoy these healthy, guilt-free cookies!.
