Halloween Cake Roll (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 4 large eggs.
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil.
04 - 1/4 cup milk.
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
06 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
07 - 1 tsp baking powder.
08 - Food coloring (orange, purple, black).
09 - Halloween sprinkles (optional).
10 - 1 cup heavy cream.
11 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
12 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
13 - 1 cup whipped cream or buttercream frosting (colored black or purple).
14 - Halloween-themed sprinkles or edible decorations.
15 - Candy eyes or any other spooky edible decorations.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
02 - In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until pale and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes. Add vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Beat until combined.
03 - Sift in flour and baking powder, gently folding until just combined.
04 - Divide the batter into three bowls and add food coloring to each (orange, purple, black). Pour batter in alternating colored stripes in the prepared pan.
05 - Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cake springs back when touched. Immediately roll the cake in a towel dusted with powdered sugar and let it cool.
06 - Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and food coloring (optional) until stiff peaks form. Unroll the cake, spread the filling, and re-roll carefully.
07 - Frost the cake roll with black or purple frosting. Decorate with Halloween-themed sprinkles and edible decorations.
08 - Slice and serve your festive Halloween Cake Roll.

Notes:

01 - To create a more intense color, use gel food coloring.
02 - Make sure not to overbake the cake, as it needs to stay soft for rolling.
03 - The cake can be decorated with any spooky decorations of your choice.
