Garlicky Seafood Sauce (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsalted butter.

4 cloves garlic, minced.

2 tablespoons lemon juice.

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning.

Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions:

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

Stir in the lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning, and continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes.
