Garlicky Seafood Sauce (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
03 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
04 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning.
05 - Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions:

01 - In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
02 - Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
03 - Stir in the lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning, and continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes.
04 - Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and serve immediately with your favorite seafood.
