Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef.
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
03 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced.
04 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed.
05 - 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands).
06 - 2 tbsp butter, melted.
07 - 1 tbsp parsley, chopped.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add minced garlic and cook until the beef is fully cooked and the garlic is fragrant. Remove from heat and drain any excess fat.
03 - Stir in the diced Parmesan cheese and cubed cheddar cheese until the cheeses are evenly mixed with the beef.
04 - Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece slightly and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese filling in the center. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal completely, forming a bomb shape.
05 - Place the filled dough bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each bomb with melted butter.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
07 - Remove from the oven and allow the bombs to cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, you can sprinkle a little garlic powder on the dough before baking.
02 - These bombs are great for parties or as a snack.
