Ingredients:

1 lb steak (cut into bite-sized pieces).

3 tbsp butter.

4 cloves garlic (minced).

1 tbsp olive oil.

Salt and pepper (to taste).

2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped).

For the Mash:.

4 large potatoes (peeled and cubed).

1/2 cup milk.
10 -
1/4 cup butter.

Salt and pepper (to taste).
Instructions:

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain, then mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until creamy.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Return steak bites to the skillet, toss in the garlic butter, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Serve steak bites over mashed potatoes and garnish with fresh parsley.
