Brownies, Peanut Butter, Chocolate, Dessert Recipes (Print Version)
Ingredients:
01 -
1 cup unsalted butter.
02 -
2 cups granulated sugar.
03 -
4 large eggs.
04 -
1 cup all-purpose flour.
05 -
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
06 -
1/2 teaspoon salt.
07 -
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
08 -
1 cup peanut butter.
09 -
1/2 cup chocolate chips.
10 -
1/2 cup peanut butter chips.
Instructions:
01 -
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
02 -
Melt the butter over low heat in a large saucepan. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the sugar until well combined.
03 -
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
04 -
In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until smooth.
05 -
Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
06 -
In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter for about 30 seconds until it softens. Drop spoonfuls of the softened peanut butter over the batter and gently swirl with a knife or skewer.
07 -
Pour the remaining brownie batter over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly to cover.
08 -
Sprinkle chocolate chips and peanut butter chips on top.
09 -
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set and the center remains slightly fudgy. Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes:
01 -
For an extra indulgent treat, drizzle melted chocolate over the cooled brownies.
02 -
Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for a fudgier texture.
