Frozen Candied Grapes (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups green grapes.
02 - 2 limes, juiced.
03 - 1 cup monk fruit sweetener.
04 - 2-3 tsp citric acid.

Instructions:

01 - Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Rinse the grapes thoroughly and set them aside.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the juice of 2 limes with the grapes. Stir the grapes to ensure they are well coated, then refrigerate them for 10 minutes.
03 - In a separate bowl, mix together 1 cup of monk fruit sweetener and 2-3 teaspoons of citric acid.
04 - Remove the grapes from the refrigerator. One by one, roll each grape in the sweetener and citric acid mixture until fully coated.
05 - Place the coated grapes on the prepared baking tray in a single layer. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until fully set.
