Breakfast Sandwich (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 4 slices of thick bread.
02 - 2 large eggs (for the sandwich).
03 - 2 large eggs (for French toast batter).
04 - 1/2 cup milk.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
07 - 4 sausage patties.
08 - 4 slices of bacon.
09 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.
10 - Butter for frying.
11 - Maple syrup for serving.

Instructions:

01 - In a shallow dish, whisk together 2 eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to create the French toast batter.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, cook the sausage patties until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
04 - Dip each slice of bread in the French toast batter, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
05 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook each slice of bread until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
06 - In another skillet, fry the remaining 2 eggs to your preferred doneness.
07 - Assemble the sandwich by layering a slice of French toast, a sausage patty, a slice of bacon, some cheddar cheese, a fried egg, and top with another slice of French toast.
08 - Serve immediately with a drizzle of maple syrup.
