Unicorn Lemonade (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 cups granulated white sugar.
02 - 1.5 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 20–24 lemons).
03 - 9 cups water.
04 - 2 tablespoons corn syrup.
05 - Unicorn or color-themed sprinkles.
06 - Food coloring: pink, purple, teal.

Instructions:

01 - In a pot, combine 1.5 cups of water and the granulated sugar. Heat until boiling, stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves completely, forming a simple syrup.
02 - Allow the simple syrup to cool to room temperature.
03 - In a large pitcher, mix the cooled simple syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and the remaining 7.5 cups of water. Stir well to combine.
04 - Divide additional water into three separate bowls or cups. Add a few drops of pink food coloring to one bowl, purple to the second, and teal to the third. Stir each bowl until the color is evenly distributed.
05 - Pour the colored water into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
06 - Lightly coat the rims of your glasses with corn syrup. Dip the syrup-coated rims into a plate of unicorn or color-themed sprinkles to create a festive, colorful look.
07 - Fill the prepared glasses with the colorful ice cubes. Pour the homemade lemonade over the ice cubes. Serve immediately and watch the magical transformation as the ice cubes melt and color the lemonade.
