Ingredients:

1 cup + 1 tablespoon milk.

1 large egg white.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional).
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F and coat a cake pop or mini muffin pan with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

To the dry ingredients, add the milk, whole egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Whisk until just combined. A few small lumps in the batter are fine.
