Healthy Fried Rice (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
02 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
03 - 2 chicken breasts, diced.
04 - Salt, to taste.
05 - Pepper, to taste.
06 - 1 cup (120 g) carrot, diced.
07 - 1 cup (175 g) broccoli florets.
08 - 2 cups (400 g) brown rice, cooked.
09 - ½ cup (75 g) frozen peas.
10 - 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce.

Instructions:

01 - Heat sesame oil in a skillet, and cook garlic until softened.
02 - Add the chicken, salt, and pepper, and sauté for 5 minutes.
03 - Add the carrots and broccoli, and sauté until tender.
04 - Add the rice, soy sauce, and peas, and mix thoroughly.
