Easy Goulash (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
02 - 1 cup onion, diced.
03 - 1 green bell pepper, diced.
04 - 2 lbs. lean ground beef.
05 - 3 tsp garlic, minced.
06 - 2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce.
07 - 2 (15 oz) cans petite diced tomatoes.
08 - 3 cups beef broth.
09 - 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
10 - 2 tsp seasoned salt.
11 - 2 tbsp Italian seasoning.
12 - 3 bay leaves.
13 - 2 cups uncooked macaroni noodles.
14 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.

Instructions:

01 - Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and ground beef. Cook until the beef is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
02 - Drain any excess fat, then return the pot to the stove. Add 3 tsp minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
03 - Pour in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, and bay leaves. Stir well to combine.
04 - Add the uncooked macaroni noodles and stir. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a light boil. Stir occasionally and cook until the pasta is tender, about 20 minutes.
05 - Remove the bay leaves and stir in 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese just before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!.
