Cheese Bombs (Print Version)
Ingredients:
01 -
1 (16oz) container of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits).
02 -
4 ounces mozzarella cheese (soft, shredded, or diced string cheese).
03 -
4 tablespoons melted butter (half a stick).
04 -
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 -
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
06 -
Pinch of salt.
Instructions:
01 -
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 -
Separate the biscuits and evenly top each one with cheese. Use 4 ounces of soft mozzarella cut into 8 cubes, shredded mozzarella, string cheese, or even cheddar if desired.
03 -
Wrap the dough around the cheese, ensuring a tight seal by pressing and pinching the dough together. This helps prevent the cheese from leaking out while baking.
04 -
Place the sealed cheese-stuffed dough balls, seam side down, on the prepared baking sheet.
05 -
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the dough turns golden brown. For best results, bake until the cheese is thoroughly melted.
06 -
While the biscuits are baking, melt the butter and stir in the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
07 -
Once the biscuits are golden brown and out of the oven, generously brush them with the butter mixture.
08 -
Serve the cheese bombs fresh and warm for the best taste. Enjoy!.
