Cheesy Garlic Bread (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 loaf of French or Italian bread, halved lengthwise.
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
03 - 4 garlic cloves, minced.
04 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
05 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional).
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
09 - Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, dried oregano, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well to create a garlic butter spread.
03 - Place the halved bread, cut side up, on a baking sheet.
04 - Evenly spread the garlic butter mixture over each half of the bread.
05 - Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each half, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
06 - Add chopped parsley on top for color and flavor, if desired.
07 - Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
08 - Remove from the oven, slice into pieces, and serve warm.
