Party Snack Recipes (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 8 cups Corn or Rice Chex cereal.
02 - 2 cups bagel chips.
03 - 1 cup pretzel sticks.
04 - 1 cup cashew pieces.
05 - 6 tablespoons butter, melted.
06 - 1 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch seasoning.
07 - 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice (from jar of pickles).
08 - 1 tablespoon dried dill.
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 250°F.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine Chex cereal, bagel chips, pretzel sticks, and cashews.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, ranch seasoning, dill pickle juice, dried dill, and garlic powder until well combined.
04 - Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture, tossing gently to ensure even coating.
05 - Spread the mixture onto a large, rimmed baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
06 - Transfer the Chex Mix to parchment paper or aluminum foil to cool completely before serving or storing.
07 - Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
