Crunchy Detox Salad (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups chopped cauliflower.
02 - 2 cups chopped broccoli.
03 - 1 cup chopped red cabbage.
04 - 1 cup chopped carrots.
05 - 1.5 cups chopped fresh parsley.
06 - 2 chopped celery stalks.
07 - 1/2 cup chopped raw almonds.
08 - 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds.
09 - 1/3 cup organic raisins.
10 - 3 Tbsp olive oil.
11 - 1/2 cup lemon juice.
12 - 1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger.
13 - 2 Tbsp clover honey.
14 - 1/2 tsp sea salt.

Instructions:

01 - Combine vinaigrette ingredients in a jar; shake well.
02 - Rinse, pat dry, and chop all vegetables.
03 - Coarsely chop almonds.
04 - Toss chopped veggies, nuts, and raisins in a bowl.
05 - Add vinaigrette, toss, and chill before serving.
