Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot. Pour the entire bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce over the chicken.

Fill the empty Parmesan Garlic Sauce bottle with 1 cup of milk, shake well to get all the sauce, and pour into the crockpot.

Add the blocks of cream cheese and the shredded Parmesan cheese to the crockpot. Stir everything together to combine and coat the chicken.

Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the chicken is fully cooked.

Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks and return it to the crockpot. Mix well to combine the shredded chicken with the sauce.

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain well.

Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
