Air Fryer Chicken (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken tenders.
02 - 1/2 cup white flour.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
05 - 6 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter.
06 - 3 teaspoons minced garlic.
07 - 1 teaspoon dried basil.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
09 - 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs.
10 - 2/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Instructions:

01 - Trim any excess fat from the chicken tenders.
02 - Prepare three bowls: In the first bowl, mix together the white flour, salt, and pepper. In the second bowl, combine olive oil or melted butter with minced garlic. In the third bowl, mix the Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, dried basil, and paprika.
03 - Coat each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then in the garlic oil, and finally in the Panko mixture, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated.
04 - Place the coated chicken tenders in the basket of the air fryer in a single layer.
05 - Cook at 400°F for 9 minutes, then flip the tenders and cook for another 8-9 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
