Cheesecake Bites (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 pre-made cheesecake, chilled and cut into bite-size cubes.

1 cup all-purpose flour.

2 eggs, beaten.

2 cups panko breadcrumbs.

Vegetable oil for frying.

Powdered sugar for dusting.

Strawberry sauce or chocolate sauce for dipping.
Instructions:

Set up a workstation with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for panko breadcrumbs.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).

Take each cheesecake cube and coat it first in flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in panko breadcrumbs.

Carefully place the coated cheesecake cubes into the hot oil. Fry them in batches to avoid overcrowding, until they turn golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.

Remove the fried cheesecake cubes from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil. Dust them with powdered sugar while they’re still warm.

Serve the crispy golden cheesecake bites warm with your choice of dipping sauce, such as strawberry sauce or chocolate sauce.
