Cheesecake Bites (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 pre-made cheesecake, chilled and cut into bite-size cubes.
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
03 - 2 eggs, beaten.
04 - 2 cups panko breadcrumbs.
05 - Vegetable oil for frying.
06 - Powdered sugar for dusting.
07 - Strawberry sauce or chocolate sauce for dipping.

Instructions:

01 - Set up a workstation with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for panko breadcrumbs.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
03 - Take each cheesecake cube and coat it first in flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in panko breadcrumbs.
04 - Carefully place the coated cheesecake cubes into the hot oil. Fry them in batches to avoid overcrowding, until they turn golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
05 - Remove the fried cheesecake cubes from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil. Dust them with powdered sugar while they’re still warm.
06 - Serve the crispy golden cheesecake bites warm with your choice of dipping sauce, such as strawberry sauce or chocolate sauce.
