Creamy Garlic Chicken (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil.
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 1 cup chicken broth.
05 - 1 cup heavy cream.
06 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
07 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish).

Instructions:

01 - Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
02 - Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
04 - Pour in 1 cup of chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
05 - Stir in 1 cup of heavy cream and ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Add 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and stir the sauce until it thickens slightly.
06 - Return the seared chicken breasts to the skillet, coating them in the sauce. Let them simmer in the sauce for another 2-3 minutes to absorb the flavors.
07 - Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve the creamy garlic chicken hot with your favorite side dishes.
