Holiday Cranberry Dip (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces fresh cranberries.
02 - 4 green onions, minced.
03 - 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped.
04 - 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced.
05 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
08 - 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt.
09 - 16 ounces cream cheese, softened.

Instructions:

01 - Pulse cranberries in food processor until coarsely chopped.
02 - Add green onions, cilantro, jalapeño and pulse to combine.
03 - Mix in sugar, cumin, lemon juice, and salt.
04 - Refrigerate mixture minimum 4 hours.
05 - Spread softened cream cheese in serving dish.
06 - Top with cranberry mixture.

Notes:

01 - Serve with sturdy crackers.
02 - Can use parsley instead of cilantro.
03 - Soften cream cheese before using.
04 - Freeze extra cranberries for later.
