Holiday Appetizer (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - All-purpose flour, for dusting.
02 - 8-ounce crescent dough sheet (or crescent rolls).
03 - 8-ounce wheel of brie cheese.
04 - 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce (not jellied).
05 - Fresh rosemary sprigs.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
02 - Lightly dust the counter with flour, then roll out the crescent dough sheet. If using crescent rolls, pinch the seams together to form a single sheet.
03 - Cut the dough into 24 equal-sized squares and place them into the muffin tin slots.
04 - Cut the brie into small pieces and place one piece inside each dough square.
05 - Top each with a generous spoonful of cranberry sauce and a small sprig of rosemary.
06 - Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown.
07 - Serve warm.
