Cowboy Pasta Salad (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 16 oz box of bow tie pasta.
02 - 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled.
03 - 1 pound lean ground beef, cooked and drained.
04 - 1 ounce packet taco seasoning.
05 - 1 15 oz can corn, drained.
06 - 1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained.
07 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced.
08 - 1/2 cup scallions, chopped.
09 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
10 - Dressing:.
11 - 1 cup mayonnaise.
12 - 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
13 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.

Instructions:

01 - Boil the pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water and set aside.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and crumbled bacon, cooked and drained ground beef, taco seasoning, drained corn, rinsed and drained black beans, sliced cherry tomatoes, chopped scallions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
03 - Add the pasta to the mixture in the large bowl.
04 - In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce to make the dressing.
05 - Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
06 - Chill the salad for at least 2 hours before serving.
