Ingredients:

Instructions:

Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease the muffin cups.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until evenly combined.

In another bowl, whisk the milk, melted butter, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract together.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. It’s okay if there are a few lumps.

Evenly distribute the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

Place the muffins in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack.

While the muffins are cooling, mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Melt the butter in another bowl.

Dip the tops of the warm muffins into the melted butter, then into the cinnamon sugar mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
