                Open the can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls and separate the rolls. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.

                In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon until well combined.

                Dip each cinnamon roll piece into the egg mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.

                Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once the butter is melted and sizzling, add the dipped cinnamon roll pieces to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

                Remove the French toast bites from the skillet and place them on a serving plate. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with maple syrup or the icing from the cinnamon rolls.
