Christmas Caramel Popcorn (Print Version)
Ingredients:

14 cups stovetop popcorn.

3/4 cup unsalted butter.

1 1/2 cups light brown sugar.

1/3 cup light corn syrup.

1/2 teaspoon baking soda.

1 teaspoon vanilla.

Red and green food coloring.
Instructions:

Divide popcorn between two large bowls.

Preheat oven to 250°F, grease two 9x13 pans.

Boil butter, brown sugar, corn syrup for 3 minutes.

Add baking soda and vanilla.

Divide caramel, add colors separately.

Pour over popcorn, toss to coat.

Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15.

Cool completely before serving.
