Chow Mein Chicken (Print Version)
Ingredients:

5 packets of ramen noodles (seasoning packet discarded).

1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced.

Salt and pepper to taste.

3 tablespoons olive oil.

1 small onion, diced.

1 10 oz package shredded cabbage.

2 cloves garlic, minced.
08 -
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated.

1/3 cup soy sauce.

3 teaspoons sesame oil.
Instructions:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook ramen according to the time on the package. Drain and set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, swirling to coat.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add to the pan and cook for 2-4 minutes until browned.

Add onions and cabbage, mix together, and cook for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

In a bowl, mix together garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Pour into the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.

Stir in cooked noodles until well combined. Serve immediately.

For extra flavor, garnish with green onions or sesame seeds before serving.
