Fried Rice (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon neutral oil.
02 - 1 clove garlic, minced.
03 - ¼ cup diced white onion (35 g).
04 - 1 carrot, sliced.
05 - ¼ cup frozen corn (45 g).
06 - ¼ cup frozen peas (35 g).
07 - 1 cup cooked brown rice (230 g).
08 - 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken (125 g).
09 - 1 large egg, scrambled.
10 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
11 - ½ tablespoon sesame oil.
12 - Salt, to taste.
13 - Pepper, to taste.
14 - Sesame seed, for garnish.
15 - Sliced green onion, for garnish.

Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, carrot, corn, and peas. Cook until the carrot is tender, stirring occasionally.
02 - Add the brown rice, chicken, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to taste, and stir. Cook for another minute, or until everything is heated through.
03 - Garnish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and green onions.
