Chicken Bacon Pasta (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb. Boneless skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 1 ½ cups Heavy whipping cream.
03 - 6 Bacon pieces, cooked and crumbled.
04 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
05 - 3 cups Fresh spinach.
06 - 5 Tomatoes, chopped.
07 - 1 tsp. Italian seasoning.
08 - 2 tbsp. Olive oil.
09 - 10 oz. Penne pasta.
10 - 5 Cloves of minced garlic.
11 - ¼ tsp. Red pepper flakes.
12 - 1 tsp. Paprika.
13 - Salt and pepper, to taste.
14 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded (for garnish).

Instructions:

01 - Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, and add the chicken.
02 - Season the chicken with the paprika, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.
03 - Cook the chicken for 4 minutes on one side and then 3 minutes on the other. Remove, and set aside.
04 - Reduce the heat to medium, and add the heavy whipping cream to the skillet.
05 - Once thickened, stir in the Parmesan cheese until it has melted.
06 - Stir in the garlic, tomatoes, red pepper flakes, and spinach.
07 - Add ½ of the bacon and the chicken back to the skillet, and toss to coat well.
08 - Cook the noodles in boiling water to your liking and drain well.
09 - Toss the noodles into the sauce, and serve garnished with the remaining bacon and the shredded Parmesan cheese.
