Cherry Cheesecake Puppy Chow (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 (3.4 oz) cheesecake pudding mix.
02 - 1 (3 oz) cherry gelatin mix.
03 - 1 cup plus 3 tbsp powdered sugar.
04 - 8 cups rice chex cereal.
05 - 1 lb vanilla almond bark.
06 - Optional red and pink sprinkles.

Instructions:

01 - Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large zip top bag, add the pudding mix, gelatin powder, powdered sugar, and optional sprinkles.
03 - Mix pudding mixture to combine and set aside.
04 - Measure the cereal squares into a large bowl.
05 - Keep the candy in the tray it comes in and place in the microwave.
06 - Microwave for 1 minute, stir, and heat for an additional minute.
07 - Pour melted candy over the cereal and stir with a rubber spatula until the cereal is completely coated.
08 - Dump the coated cereal into the bag with the confectioners' sugar mixture and shake until all the cereal is coated.
09 - Pour the whole batch onto the large covered pan until set.
10 - Store in a covered airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
