Meatloaf Bites (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef.
02 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
03 - 1/4 cup milk.
04 - 1 large egg.
05 - 1 small onion, finely chopped.
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
07 - 1 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
09 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
10 - 1/2 cup ketchup.
11 - 1 tablespoon mustard.
12 - 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese.
13 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (additional for garnish).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
03 - Take a small portion of the meat mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a small amount of grated cheddar cheese in the center, then mold the meat around the cheese to form a ball. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining meat and cheese.
04 - In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup and mustard to prepare the glaze. Brush the glaze over the top of each meatloaf bite.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatloaf bites are cooked through and the tops are caramelized.
06 - Garnish with additional chopped parsley before serving.
