Cheesy Ranch Potatoes And Smoked Sausage (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb Monon Meats Smoked Sausage, thinly sliced.
02 - 2 lbs potatoes, diced.
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - 1 packet ranch dressing mix.
05 - 1/2 cup milk.
06 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
07 - 1 onion, finely diced.
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.
10 - 1/2 cup chopped green onions, for garnish.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the smoked sausage slices until fully cooked. Set them aside.
03 - Using the same skillet, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until they become translucent.
04 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, cooked sausage, sautéed onion and garlic, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing mix, milk, and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
05 - Transfer this mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
06 - Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes. Afterward, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
