Cheesy Mississippi Mud Potatoes (Print Version)
Ingredients:

6–7 cups potatoes, peeled and diced.

2 cups cheddar cheese, grated.

1 (1 lb.) package bacon, cooked and crumbled.

1 cup mayonnaise.

1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced.
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a 9×13-inch baking dish, combine the peeled and diced potatoes, grated cheddar cheese, garlic salt, crumbled bacon, and thinly sliced green onions.

Pour 1 cup of mayonnaise over the mixture, and mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well coated.

Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
