Macaroni Hamburger Casserole (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 lb. Ground beef.

1 Onion, chopped.

2 cups Macaroni noodles.

8 oz. Velveeta cheese.
05 -
1 can Cheddar cheese soup.
06 -
½ tsp. Onion powder.
07 -
1 tsp. Garlic powder.
08 -
8 oz. Sour cream.
09 -
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
10 -
¼ cup Milk.
11 -
8 slices American cheese.

Salt and pepper, to taste.

1 cup Crushed Ritz cracker crumbs.
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the macaroni until they are al dente, and drain the excess water from the pot.

Add the Velveeta cheese to the pot with the macaroni, and stir until melted and combined.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef and onion until the beef is completely browned and the onion has softened. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Stir in the sour cream, cheddar cheese soup, onion powder, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and milk. Stir until combined well.

Add the noodles to the skillet, and stir to combine.

Spread the mixture into a 9x13 greased baking dish.

Top with the American cheese slices and Ritz cracker crumbs.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.
